30. A public body may enter into a task order contract with one or more service providers when the procurement requirements are recurrent and the number of requests, the rate or frequency at which they are to be performed are uncertain. In respect of architecture or engineering services relating to construction work, such a contract may be entered into only in accordance with the provisions of Subdivision 4 of Division IV.1 of Chapter IV.
